REPAIR POLICY

We will repair any jewelry design purchased through Araracuara.com.
For all repair inquiries, email sales@araracuara.com. Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. If we are able to repair your piece, we will ask you send it to us. Make sure you use a trackable service and protect your jewelry with proper packaging.
Repairs take 2-4 weeks to complete.
Less than 2 months after purchase is FREE
More than 2 months is subject to repair fee. *Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.
Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
 
PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER STOCKIST
Items purchased through other merchants must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please contact the stockist that you originally purchased the piece from. If they are unable to help you, please email sales@araracuara.com and we will do our best to assist you.
