Known as "the sweet city" of Colombia, Moniquirá is a small town with a really enjoyable climate, which favors the production of sugar cane and guava, which are the raw material for making traditional Colombian sweets: panela and bocadillo. The bocadillo is a guava dessert.
These earrings are inspired by the colors and shapes of the guava.
These earrings are made with a central zamak ring and woven with a salmon pink rayon thread using artisanal basket-weaving techniques. They are decorated with faceted crystal beads in guava tones, thin petal-shaped pendants, aqua green crystal daggers, helix shaped and chandelier-type pendants.
- All the silver pieces are in zamak (aluminum, magnesium and copper alloy) with a silver coating. They are nickel free.
- The earring pin is made of titanium in order to avoid any allergy.
- Measurements: 9cms long and 4cms wide.
- Designed and handmade in Barcelona.
